About the space

What is Common House?
Common House is a multi-disciplinary art space based in Glendenning, Western Sydney. We house a cyclorama stage, dance floor/studio, recording studio, DJ booth, and co-working desks - all built to connect and facilitate collaborations between artists from all across Sydney.

Who is Common House for?
We serve event curators, dancers, musicians, filmmakers, photographers, streetwear brands, educators, and freelancers. Whether you’re booking casually or building a long-term practice, this is your creative home.

Can I take a tour of the space before booking?
Yes. Tours are available by appointment. Email us through admin@commonhouse.studio or DM us on Instagram @commonhouse.studio to book a time.

Bookings & Memberships

How do I book a room?
Head to our Bookings Page to select your session type and duration. We offer 2 (Quick Sessions, 4 (Half Day) and 8-hour (Full day) options for each room.

What rooms are available?

How much does it cost?
Each room has individual pricing visible at checkout. For full rates, visit our Pricing Page.

Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time creator memberships with reduced rates, early access, and community perks. See Memberships for more.

Casual: 12 hours distributed flexibly throughout the month. Perfect for those who are building momentum whilst juggling other priorities e.g. graduates, brands, freelancers or agents.

Part-Time: 24 hours can be used at your own pace each month. Tailored for those who are pushing to make it full time but have room for a day job e.g. freelancers, independent artists, streetwear brands and collectives.

Full-time: 36 hours per month alongside your external projects. Perfect for labels, agencies, collectives or full time creators.

Can I host my own event at Common House?
Absolutely. We host everything from product launches and dance events to exhibitions and workshops. Custom event packages are available.

Where are you located?
We’re at 5/171 Power Street Glendenning, Western Sydney (Look for the mechanic sign if you’re coming from power street). Full address and directions provided after booking.

Is there parking available?
Yes. Free street parking on Owen Street and limited on-site parking in bays 5 are available. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.

Can I bring my own crew or guests?
Yes. Please list all guests when booking so we can manage capacity.

Is there a kitchen or amenities on site?
We have a small kitchenette, toilet facilities, and shared working/lounge areas for members.

Business and collaborations

Do you offer brand partnerships or sponsorships?
Yes. If you’re a brand, agency, label, or investor looking to collaborate, reach out via our email: admin@commonhouse.studio.

Do you offer support with events or content creation?
Yes. From production to marketing, we have an internal team + collaborators who can assist. Ask about our event packages.
